'StewBowlGarden started with a humble vision: importing the true taste of Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossis, in 1985, opened their quaint pizzeria which quickly became a family endeavor, boasting recipes passed along by ancestors.
Marco Rossi, the originator, perfected her pizza skills throughout Italy and trained with Naples' renowned pizza masters—where pizza was born. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate Italy’s iconic pizza experience, sticking to age-old practices and the purest ingredients.
What began as a tiny 12-seat eatery has flourished into a cherished local gem, yet our devotion to supreme quality and genuine flavors stands firm. We continue to employ classic wood-burning ovens, our dough is prepared fresh each day, and we persist in seeking out the best ingredients.
Today, 'StewBowlGarden is still lead by its founding family, with its next generation at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic team. Despite adopting new advancements, the essence of our brand is unchanged: forging delectable, true-to-roots pizza that unites people.
